Travel gadget: DesignGo belt Bank - New Zealand Herald

By Jim Eagles

Really I don't carry moneybelts. Yes, I know that there are some very skilled pickpockets out there, but money belts I've tried always feel uncomfortable, they make me sweat (I have to put the contents in plastic bags) and are often embarrassing for a cash out of.

In recent years, especially trekpants with pockets I've used safe to contain any value which should be round.

So for me this Bank of DesignGo belt is a very useful alternative: a standard belt can be used to hold trousers up - always a good idea - with long, thin compartment pill may fill with notes.

It is obviously not good for the execution of your passport or credit card, but you should certainly keep their money in cash of unscrupulous hands while touring a bustling local market.

It is a bit awkward to use - although much easier than the standard - and perfectly comfortable money belt.

The Bank of belt sells for $39.99 and distributed in New Zealand by Marketing firm that has the product media in selected Unichem, Amcal and life pharmacies, farmers, Briscoes, Cap 'n' Pedal and the Automobile Association.
